2011 National Style O
Instantly recognizable, this is a 2011 National Style O resonator guitar, a faithful modern reproduction of the 1930s icon. Built by the esteemed National Reso-Phonic company, it features a gleaming nickel-plated brass body, polished to a mirror shine and adorned with the classic etched Hawaiian palm tree scene. Its distinctive sound comes from the single 9.5" resonator cone with a biscuit bridge, producing the loud, punchy, metallic tone with strong fundamentals that defined Delta blues.
The Maple neck has a traditional sunburst finish and is topped with a bound Ebony fingerboard.
True to the original design, it features a slotted headstock, vintage-style tuners, F-holes, and 12 frets clear of the body. Perfect for slide playing, blues, and roots music, this Style O is in Very Good (VG) condition and offers the legendary National sound and look with modern reliability. Includes a Hard Shell Case (hs).
